Synopsis
San Francisco, 1875-1880:

Jewish family, Frieda leads a double life: aspiring "Elevated
Feminine Spirit" and unpaid, overworked cook at her father's
kosher boardinghouse until a lusty Arizona pioneer, a Jew,
